ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of services and sales via the online store website, including the one operating under the domain: www.pro-jex.pl. The Terms and Conditions are a document required by Article 13 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

Sales in the Store are conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Placing an order in the Store constitutes the Customer's acceptance of the sales terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and obliges the Customer to comply with the rules contained therein.
The BUYER has the right to negotiate all provisions of the contract with the Seller before placing the order, including those amending the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, within the limits permitted by law. These negotiations must be in writing to be valid. If the BUYER declines the option of concluding a contract through individual negotiations, the following Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and are visible in the shopping cart before placing the order.
The assortment sold is mostly new, used products are appropriately described in the product details.
Available payment methods for online orders:
Payment by bank transfer - goods are shipped after the funds are credited to our bank account.
PayU - Payment by card or online transfer from one of the selected banks. Your order will be completed and shipped once payment has been received.
Blik - A mobile payment system that allows you to pay for your purchases using an app on your smartphone.
PayPal - Fast payments for PayPal account holders.
Cash on delivery - Please have the exact amount of cash ready for the courier delivering your parcel.
